We were there last Sunday. We had 1 spaghetti ice cream, but you couldn't see the spaghetti, it was just soft. I had a walnut cup that I wanted to order without vanilla. The service was very rude. I started, the cream was inedible. It stuck to the roof of the mouth and didn't go off the spoon at all. The ice balls were all melted and indefinable. I went in with the cup and complained about it. It was dismissed as if I was imagining it. Whatever hole there was a ball of nut and 2 stracciatella. These tasted like frozen milk. I have the impression the cooling is not working properly either. Never again!!

Sitting outside is not comfortable right on the busy street. Operation very stressed and inattentive today. Ice cream just OK too.

It was good, insofar as the ice cream man had put chocolate sauce over the yogurt. That doesn't taste very good. Was asked if I minded, said no. But still 2 stars deduction for this stupid mistake.

The very last shop in Willingen. Have ordered crepes that came to the table incorrectly at first. Then the crepes, which were meanwhile cold, were simply reassigned and cold back to the table. When we complained about this, the staff simply pushed the cold crepes into the microwave, including the strawberries, and brought them back to our table. When we heard that from the absolutely unfriendly employee, we didn't want her. They threw glasses and so on in anger. Fortunately, we were able to get up quickly and didn't get wet. Better to spend your money elsewhere and not in this rip-off shack. One star is still too many.

The ice cream was delicious. I didn't like that with four adults and one child, the child got their ice cream last. It took a long time to be served and when you wanted to pay, you had to check back several times.

Deliciously seated and enjoyed on the terrace. We had a spaghetti children's ice cream, a pancake with chocolate sauce and a waffle with warm cherries and vanilla ice cream. Good service. Highly recommended.

The ice cream was delicious, the service very friendly and the price-performance ratio was right. But the toilets were in need of renovation ... they were broken (toilet paper holder, etc ...) and not very clean! Therefore only 3 out of 5 stars.

Ice cream is fine. Outdoor area directly on the street, service very unmotivated. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is wrong.

I only tried the chocolate ice cream. It's the bad ice cream I've ever had in an ice cream parlor. This is how old Christmas chocolate must taste, which was forgotten in the center console of an Opel Ascona.

The ice cream was good. However, the service is lousy. We bought ice cream cones and when my daughter took a seat the waiter got really bent out of shape since we ordered ice cream to go...we looked around and there was one table occupied....he sees me look and goes well l guess we aren’t busy so it is ok. We took a seat outside so l could help my toddler eat his ice cream cone and the staff kept standing in the door looking at us making us feel very unwelcome.

This is a great place for ice-cream, there is a lot of choice here. So if you are not sure what to get... you will probably be staring at the menu for 15 minutes.
